Blaster Bros events are held at St. Mary’s Primary School, Middle Site, Strafford Rd., Twickenham, TW1 3AD.

Welcome to Blaster Bros! We’re dedicated to making your child’s birthday a safe, fun, and unforgettable celebration. Please review our policies and booking terms below:

Party Options

1. Space-Only Hire:

  • Venue Rental:
    Rent our venue to run your own activities.

  • Parental Supervision:
    The host or at least one parent must be present at all times during the event to supervise your activities.

  • Setup & Cleanup:
    All setup and cleanup must be completed within your booked time.

  • Damage Policy:
    Any damages incurred during the event are the responsibility of the host and may result in additional fees.

2. Nerf Party Package:

  • Nerf Battles:
    Includes one hour of supervised Nerf battles with all necessary equipment (blasters, foam darts, protective eyewear, etc.) and a trained instructor.

  • Safety Guidelines:
    All participants must follow the safety instructions provided. Non-compliance may result in exclusion from the activity.

  • Customization & Add-Ons:
    Options to extend the Nerf battle session or add additional activities can be arranged in advance, subject to extra charges.

General Party Policies

  • Booking & Payment:

    • All parties are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit.

    • Full payment is required prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations & Refunds:

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event.

    • Deposits may be non-refundable or subject to a cancellation fee if proper notice is not provided.

    • In the event Blaster Bros cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Safety & Supervision:

    • All guests must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

    • For parties where you host your own activities, the host or one parent must be present throughout the event.

    • Please inform us in advance of any allergies or special requirements.

  • Liability:

    • While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Blaster Bros is not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the party. Participation is at your own risk.

  • Conduct:

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if safety guidelines are not followed or if disruptive behavior occurs.

Booking Terms Reminder

  • Minimum 3-Hour Booking:
    Every booking is for a minimum of 3 hours—even if you leave early, the full 3-hour slot still applies.

  • Flexible Usage:
    You can use the space at any time within your 3-hour booking.

  • Setup & Cleanup:
    Please ensure that all setup and cleanup for your activities are completed within the 3-hour window.

Privacy Policy:
Blaster Bros complies with GDPR to protect your personal data.

  • What We Collect: Personal details like names, contact information, and medical conditions for safety purposes.

  • How We Use Your Data: Only for bookings, safety protocols, and communication.

  • Your Rights: You can request updates or deletions of your data anytime.

Terms and Conditions:
By booking with us, you agree to:

  • Age Requirement: Sessions and parties are for children aged 6–10 only.

  • Bookings and Payments: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Sessions: Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice; no refunds for late cancellations.

    • Parties: A non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may forfeit the deposit.

Behaviour Policy:
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the session or party without a refund.

Inclusion Policy:
We aim to make Blaster Bros. inclusive for all children. Contact us before booking to discuss any special accommodations your child may need.

Illness Policy:

  • Children who are unwell should not attend sessions or parties.

  • Parents will be contacted immediately if a child becomes ill during an event.

Medical and Medication Policy:

  • Parents must disclose any medical conditions during booking.

  • Parents are responsible for providing required medications (e.g., inhalers).

  • Staff will assist in emergencies but will not administer medication.

Filming and Photography Policy:

  • Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this.

  • Opt out: Inform us in writing before the session if you do not want your child to be photographed.

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy:

  • Drop-off and pick-up must be prompt at designated times.

  • Late pickups may incur additional charges.

Lost Property Policy:
Blaster Bros. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Label belongings and avoid bringing valuables.

Weather Policy:
Outdoor events will proceed unless conditions are unsafe. In case of severe weather cancellations, we will notify you and reschedule the session.
